Right: if you delete the site/blog http://miriamspringdavies.wordpress.com/ you’ll never be able to use it.
Never.

ok, I set it as private…I literally just wanted to see what the themes were to compare some sites and all of a sudden I was writing a blog post – little ahead of myself – right, so I can keep that and it won’t do any harm right? People just won’t be able to find it…so where ARE the website themes?
Thank you for your swift response…slight panic…over :-) -
Thank you for your swift response…slight panic…over :-)
You’re welcome & best wishes to you. :)
…so where ARE the website themes?
All the themes are here:
https://theme.wordpress.com/ -
To browse themes using feature filters I use the Find a theme button here http://theme.wordpress.com
Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.
Every theme has a detailed theme description page with set up instructions and a live demo site. I would consult those before I made the switch.

https://twentyfifteendemo.wordpress.com/And, the theme customizer allows us to preview a new theme.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or “preview”, or type in the name of the theme you want to use and when it appears click “activate” or “preview”.
After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.
