I disconnected my FB page and want to reconnect it. How do I reconnect my page?

    I had a notification for both my Facebook and LinkedIn page saying that my connection needed refreshing, I hit the refresh button but nothing changed. I thought that I could disconnect and then reconnect the connection to these pages and now I can’t. Is there a way to reconnect my blog to these pages? If so, I cannot figure out how.
