I do have an existing website, but like to transfer to WordPress. File format at present is .XML. Can that be transferred as is or does it need reformatting? The site is about 20GB. What do I need to do to have you hosting it? Heaps thanks. G

  Hi there!

  The XML format is just right, although this will only import your content. The site’s design is not included in the file so you’ll take care of that manually. Another option, if your site was a self-hosted WordPress one, would be to use a migration plugin, however, for that, you would need to purchase plan Business.
