Where is my video screen?

Can I be helped? Please. This is my second request.
I purchased an upgrade Videopress but it does not appear on my blog page, nor in the dashbord as an option to create it.

The VideoPress upgrade was added correctly to your site. You can upload a video file at Media > Add new in your Dashboard. That will let you upload any supported video format.

If you run into errors when trying to upload the file can you let me know what the error message says?

One more question. Before I passed the upgrade I read that I will be allowed at lest 2 GB, now in you reply it says 1 GB? How co
me?

You should be able to upload files up to 1.4 GB. We mention this in the additional information at:

Just to guide me. 1 GB will be how long video in average.

It really depends on the format and compression settings you’re using for the video. Most video production software will give you an estimate of the file size before you encode it.

You can usually fit a 30-45 minute video into 1GB but it really depends a lot on the settings you’re using.

You can do both:

– Export your current blog, http://www.lavdc.net and import it into your WordPress.com blog

or

– Use your VideoPress upgrade in your http://www.lavdc.net blog (you need to install the VideoPress plugin in order to do that)
