I do not get a link from the Article tilte to the page

I go into new post and create a title and the post. The post includes an a youtube video.
The post appears at http://riskybusinessnegril.com/?p=768
But on the “News” tab (http://riskybusinessnegril.com/archives/category/news) the story title and text is there but no link to the page.
What am I doing wrong?
