I do not get the header on the phone (but do on desktop) – don’t know where ‘appearance’ is

  I’m getting my header on the desktop but not on the phone or tablet (very weird if you ask me); I saw a post that said something about click ‘appearance’ but I don’t see that – it’s ‘pique’ theme, maybe that’s the problem – but can somebody help with this? None of the help people are responding and they say they send emails but I get no responses – help is appreciated; I’m finding wordpress help to be not very good. Thanks for help.

  Hi, do you mean the coffee beans? I can see that on mobile, but it’s further down the page.

  This particular theme is a bit older, by the way, and has several “tricky setup” options that were needed back when it was released. If you like the one-page look, I’d suggest updating to one of the newer options here, as you’ll have a bit more control:
