  I do not have a “add new/upload” option under the theme option

  can any one please help me, thanks
  I have been looking for tutorial on youtube, but seems can’t help

  WordPress.com provides a curated selection of over 300 themes at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  It’s not possible to upload third-party themes on WordPress.com. If that’s something you need, you would have to run the WordPress software on your own hosting, as a self-hosted site.
