    Please cancel my subscription. I stopped payments on PayPal but was billed $18 this month. I never launched my site

    if you don’t know what a charge is about, check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If you still want a refund, you can use the form on the same page

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
