    I closed fishntools business over a year ago. I need my money refunded and no further charges applied.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you bought that site using a different account, with the username rst37 instead.

    I’ve refunded the Business Plan payment and rolled back the renewal, so the plan will now expire on 29 April 2020. I’ve disabled automatic renewal so you won’t be charged again.

    However, to cancel the plan and your domain, fishntools.net, completely, we must have confirmation from the actual account that owns it. So can you please log in as the rst37 username and comment here to confirm?
