I do not have access to edit my website page
-
Hi. When I log in to the website(which took me 40 minutes to do so because of DNS error) and try to edit a page, a message that says ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ appears. I need to edit the site ASAP so I am very upset.

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:

Hi. My website url is http://hbhairsalon.com/ and I don’t think my website is hosted via WP org.

Hello!
Your site is hosted at NameCheap, not at WordPress.com. You can ask NameCheap for help at this link:
https://www.namecheap.com/support/I hope this helps!

Hi there,
WordPress.org is not a hosting provider. That is the site where the open source WordPress software your site is built on is made, and where the WordPress community provides support for that software.
NameCheap support will only be able to help you if your hosting plan includes support for the WordPress software, which most hosting plans don’t. Most hosting providers only provide support for issues directly related to your domain and hosting, not for WordPress itself.
So you can try contacting NameCheap support as @slantedplanet suggested above, but you’ll most likely need the WordPress.org forums for this.

You may have been using the Jetpack plugin to connect it to your WordPress.com account: https://jetpack.com/

Jetpack connects your self-hosted site to your WordPress.com account, Jetpack does not have a separate account system.
