    I have checked our logs, and we have been sending emails to the new account, but they keep bouncing back with the error:

    The email account that you tried to reach does not exist

    Have you created the prayforresolution email account yet? Are you able to send and receive emails from that account?

    If you have created the account, please double-check that you didn’t perhaps make a spelling error in that address.
