  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  Likewise: I registered my domain yesterday. Nothing has happened, and the domain name is listed as ‘still available’, although all payments have been processed and show up on my billing history. What do I do next? How long is it supposed to take?
