  I am unable to access my company site, my developer will not give me login details, how can I either get or change these?

  What is the URL of the site in question? Then we can try to point you in the right direction for help.

  Note that you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. If the site in question is not hosted with us, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly for help.
