I do not need word press any more

    About a year ago I tried to build a WP website. I was not able to do that as I am not a PC guru. I could not go further than the first side. I did not use it, I do not want to use it any more. I do not want to pay for it. I noticed it is not possible to cancel a WP website. This is not fair. Today I’ve just got an email about my sales receipt, about £165.54!!! I DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING WHAT I DON’T USE. Order ID is [redacted by staff]. Transaction ID: [redacted by staff]. Please leave this amount on my bank account! I am not happy with this at all!

    Sorry to see you go, but we can definitely look into this for you. We’ve redacted the info you left about your transaction ID to ensure your account security in a public forum.

    I noticed that the hungarianlifecoach.co.uk domain is not registered here at WordPress.com, but instead with Tucows (and hosted by SiteGround). Those charges are not listed on the WordPress.com account you’re contacting us from, as you can see at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing. The charges you’re seeing could be from either your host or your registrar, so my best advice would be to reach out to them directly.
