  I always confirm the URL & hosting before responding.

  anderonedream.com/ is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by OVH Hosting, not by wordpress.COM.

  Posts published on wordpress.COM hosted sites are the posts that appear on the wordpress.COM Tags and Categories pages. Posts published on wordpress.ORG sites are not included as they are not hosted by wordpress.COM.

  1. Click the “member” link under the username and see if there are duplicate threads on the same topic that have already been answered.

  • If there is a duplicate that has been answered direct the blogger to it by providing the link.
  • If there are duplicate threads that have not been answered then after you provide an answer in one thread go to all other duplicates and provide the link to the thread that has been answered.

  2. Confirm the URL of the actual site being referred to.
  3. Confirm hosting.
  4. Use forum tag search.
  5. Use support doc search.
  6. Use Google search.
  7. Compose the best answer possible or if no answer can be found tag the thread with modlook and tell the blogger you did that and how to subscribe to the thread.
