  I do not see the publish button. Where is it.

  When working on a post/page mine is a green rectangle on the right with the helpful word “publish”.

  @themagicrobot is right.
  In page/post editor, you will find it on top bar right. :) Here is a screenshot of the “Publish” button which might help.
