  I do not think I ordered this on MY SITE! I have no clue what it is all about! I am an 81-year-old widow on ss# and do not need to learn a new tech thing. How can I cancel this?

  Hi there,

  If you wish to delete a free hosted WordPress.com account, you must be logged in under the same username. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use it.

  Here is how to get it removed:

  I do not see any upgrades under your @katstegman WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
