    Hello, I realized that my credit card was charged $396.00 and on January 31, 2019 was charged $60.90. For completefinishbasement I only would like the domain and hosting to which this has already been paid for. I do not need wordpress site building and therefore would like for you to refund me. Thank you.

    You are posting here as the username, completefinishbasement. This account has never purchased any upgrades from us, and does not own any domains with us, only two free WordPress.com sites. We don’t even have credit card information on file for you, and we don’t sell any upgrades which cost $60.90.

    What is the domain that you mention that you’ve already paid for? Then we can check for you whether it’s registered with us through another account, or registered with another company entirely.
