I do not want my password mailed back to me.

Could you please allow me to change my password WITHOUT a mailback option, as I believe this to be more secure?

You’d need to contact staff directly about that, as the forum is mostly volunteers and none of us can help you.

When I try and contact support a message comes back that support is temporarily closed. I do not see an option to contact staff directly and there is no phone no.

The short answer is, your password is always emailed to you when you reset it. But if you update it in your profile it’s not emailed to you. I hope that helps.
