  I have the regular free domain name and I would like to change that

  You can change your free address from the My Blogs page in your dashboard. Complete instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Note that if you choose to delete the old address it will be gone forever, so consider keeping it in case you want to use it again in future. The system dialogue will give you that option as you follow the instructions in the support doc.
