Is that the same site that you want to cancel the domain.

You can cancel a domain registered through WordPress.com:
Within two days of purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel, please log into your account and go to Purchases. Click Cancel next to the domain you wish to cancel.

after two days from the purchase date, you can remove the domain from Purchases, but not receive a refund.
If your domain is part of a plan, you will have to remove the plan before you can remove the domain.If your intention is to separate the plan and the domain, you’ll want to contact support.

Are you referring to your domain, morefertileground.com? Do you want to cancel only the domain, or the domain and the plan?
If you want to cancel both, please go to the Purchases page and select the plan. Click on Cancel Subscription. That should cancel the plan, but not the domain, so then repeat the process to cancel the domain as well.
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
If you only want to cancel the domain, and keep the plan to register a different domain, please let me know and confirm that you understand the above regarding cancelling a domain.

No i managed to cancel the old domain ( fertilegrounddotblog.wordpress.com) at the top of this post myself. I then created a new domain morefertileground.com that i wat to keep. I will mark this topic resolved.
