I do not want to continue mapping

  I did not know my account was set to renew. I attempted to remove all renewal settings and apparently did not understand how to stop this service. I do not want to ‘continue mapping’ for $13.00. I would like a refund.

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. For what domain do you want to cancel mapping? If you added a mapping upgrade using a different username account, you need to be logged in as that account, then you should be able to cancel the mapping via the Purchases page:
