Hi, I can see everything but the domain was cancelled and refunded. If you want to cancel the domain, too, that’s fine so long as you’ll confirm right away.
We just need you to confirm that when we cancel the domain, you may not be able to register it again soon, even with another provider, and someone else may purchase it in the meantime. It may be impossible to get it back again. If you understand and are okay with that, no worries; just confirm and we’ll go ahead and take care of that for you.

1. It is charged $48 and it seems that only $18 is refunded. Will $48 be fully refunded or not?
2. If I cancel everything, can I still use the wordpress domain for free? (e.g. xxx.wordpress.com)

Yes, you can still use the free site address. Do you have any plans on using that custom domain again, now, or in the future? With us or another platform? Once we cancel the custom domain it could be impossible for you to regain that ownership in the future. Write back to confirm and I will get the rest of the money on the way.
