I see only two sites in your account: belugaa.wordpress.com and plumerialover.wordpress.com
The site at http://belugaa.com/ is not connected to WordPress.com in any way – it’s not using the Jetpack plugin which is a requirement for such a connection. Where in your account do you see it say you own that site?
