I don´t have plugin and editor functions
-
Hello,
I want to customize my blog, but I´m very frustrated with missing functions and I can´t customize my blog.
I came here to WP from blogger, told that this is better platform, I paid the domain at the beginning of my registration here (so I don´t have the wordpress in name blog), but now I regret my money. While I could do everything in blogger, here it´s a nightmare.
I´ve been watching tutorials on youtube, and everyone has Editor, i don´t know why i don´t have it. I can´t add the facebook like in my each post, I can´t change my favicon, which drives me crazy. I´ve read that the second option how to create a favicon is through plugin, but I don´t have plugin section either!! can anyone tell me what to do or how to get some statement from WP? do they have some official support where can I write them? thank yo.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It sounds like a lot of the tutorials you are watching are for self-hosted WordPress.org sites. While similar, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same.
I can´t add the facebook like in my each post
Have you seen this support page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/
It talks about our Facebook integration. You absolutely can have a facebook “like” button on each post.
I can´t change my favicon, which drives me crazy.
You can change your favicon with these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
but I don´t have plugin section either!!
While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
What feature are you looking to add with a plugin?
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Thank you for your quick response. I´ve seen the facebook integration link, but I don´t get how to add the Facebook like so the article is connected and sent to facebook, I only found the Like Box for whole site and sharing buttons..?
Also, many people in tutorial show adding it with the code through the editor function (html) which I don´t have on my blog. Is the Editor function only for self-hosted blogs?
I wanted the plugins for All In One Favicon plugin, but I´ll try to do it with your link. Thank you. -

I’m not sure that I’m understanding exactly what you are trying to do. To me, that sounds like you want the sharing buttons. People click the FB button and it pops up a window to share the link on their FB feed.
If I’m misunderstanding, could you explain a bit more, or perhaps show me an example on another site?

no, it´s not the sharing button, it´s the “like” in each post,,when you read a arcticle and you don´t want to share it, but just to “like” it.
here´s how to do it
http://diythemes.com/thesis/rtfm/facebook-like-button/but since i don´t have Editor I can´t add the code into my site..
Thanks -
That is pretty much the same thing as WordPress.com has. You set it up as described here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-like-button
