I don’t get an option of ‘Add New’ in Themes

  Hi,

  Are you referring to a WordPress.com site? If so, then a WordPress.com site can only have one theme applied at a time. When you want to change to another theme, you don’t add a theme, you switch to another theme as described in the Themes support page.
