  I need help fixing issue of receiving email notification when someone submit a contact form

  I am happy to help you with that. First, I suggest you check the email address in the Contact Form settings. Here’s a guide:

  If you’re using the classic editor, please click this link:

  If you’re using the new block editor, please open this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  If the email address is correct, then please try checking the Spam folder or Junk Mail of your email address. If the emails are in the Spam folder, please mark them as ‘Not Spam’.
