I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK!

    The chat support told me that my pursure is canceled successfully, but I did#t get my money back! WordPress owes me 112 euros and theres no phone number, no e-mail adress, nothing!

    Hi there,

    Your refund was processed on 20 December. You can view the receipt with a transaction ID here:

    Refunds take about 10 business days to appear in your account. It has been 10 days since the refund was issued, not 10 business days. This delay is also caused by the time it takes your bank to process the refund – it is issued immediately on our end, but we don’t control how long your bank takes to show it on your statement. So please follow up with your bank directly if you haven’t received it by next week.

    When following up with your bank you can use the transaction ID in the receipt as reference.
