I don't get the email

  I’m registered but I don’t receive the email. I’ve asked for it three times but I still have nothing in my inbox. What can I do ? thanks

  Hi there,

  Please double check that the email you have entered here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

  Make sure that you check all spam/social folders.

  If using gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If you have checked all of the above and still do not receive the email, add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag to the right hand sidebar. Type Modlook and click on add. Please be patient while waiting for someone to get back with you.

  Can you please go to https://wordpress.com/me/account and check the email address that appears there? That is the address to which I have sent an email to you. The email did not bounce back, which means it was delivered to you. If you don’t receive it, the problem is with your email account. You’ll need to contact your email provider if that is the case.

  Have you been receiving email notifications of new posts in this forum thread?

  I’ve tried sending the email again. Let’s see if it goes through this time.

  The email address is the only way to prove you are the owner of the account, so we need to make sure that it’s working, and that you can both receive emails from us and reply to us, should you ever need help recovering access to your account.
