I don't have a clue how to update my email change.

    I’ve asked before and I’m still not understanding what it is I’ve got to do to get rid of my previous email attached to the account. See the problem is I CANNOT log in to my previous email account so I CANNOT receive any links which to update my current information. My former email was
    [redacted by staff] (the one I can’t access)
    My current email is
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    Is there a simple link or anything I can do to remove from my WordPress account here?? PLEASE help

    Actually I believe the problem is from the fact I did have a different profile or account at one time. I honestly didn’t understand the way the sites worked. And now when I go under my current recent profile (the ONLY one I wish to use) and I attempt to update my email address, it says that it’s sent a link to the other old email address! That’s the old one that I no longer have access to btw. It’s maddening cuz that means I cannot figure out how to merge or delete or update. Whichever it is that I should be doing!

    This is what I’d like to accomplish…some day.
    One email :
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    One website :
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Any suggestions

    Hi,

    You already have majorityruhl.wordpress.com associated with your current email. There’s no need to make any changes. Both are on the account you’re contacting us from (@majorityruhl).

    Ok so basically my notifications appear to be sent to this email address
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    However it looks like it’s just comments and blog subscriptions (?)
    The other day I attempted to leave a comment on a blog and it basically wouldn’t allow. I combed through my emails and realized I had received a request to confirm that I was commenting on that blog. 🤔. I tried accessing the confirmation but it’s since expired. Now if (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the ONLY email

    That I’d like EVERYTHING attached to. And it’s the ONLY site blog deal I’d like to have, is this going to be complicated since I may have inadvertently created several accounts for the purpose of logging in and reading Plus remember I can’t access lifeline7414@ gmail.com any longer. It appears at least one profile or account or whatever is attached to that one.
    Oh boy
    I’m technically retarded so this might be difficult for me to handle. First order of business, I’d like all (email visible only to moderators and staff) notifications sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Make sense??

    You can change your account email address from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) whiled logged into your account here:

    https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

    Please note that the change will not immediately take effect as you will receive a validation email at (email visible only to moderators and staff). Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.

    Alright I’m evidently not comprehending what in the world could be wrong or even how to remedy!
    I’m trying to send a screenshot but evidently even that’s elided me . I’m going to post a page in my blog containing all the problems I’ve encountered about simply removing deleting any additional accounts or emails with the exception of
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I’ve canceled the pending email change, so you can now go to your Account Settings (https://wordpress.com/me/account) and enter the email address you want to be associated with your WordPress.com account.
