I don’t have a settings option when editing the page

  I am trying to update a new site to have a static home page and I don’t have a settings menu item to change what the landing page is.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you tried Appearance/Customize/Homepage settings.

  I don’t see any of that. I think I might not have proper permissions or something.

  It was permissions. Now that those are fixed, I have the menu showing.
