  Hey,

  I’m reaching out because I don’t have access to my website. My Premium expired today and I don’t have access to customer service. I have a website called the Bow Tie Psychic and I don’t even have access to it. However, I was told that I would still have access to my site! What are my options because I need access to my site.

  I don’t think the plan for https://thebowtiepsychic.com/ has expired as the domain was only created a month ago. You do reach it via a different username/email address than the one you are currently using now though.
