  Hello,

  When I’m trying to connect on my dashboard, this is what I receive
  ‘Une erreur critique est survenue sur ce site. Veuillez consulter la boite de réception de l’e-mail d’administration de votre site pour plus d’informations.’

  I have no idea what to do to get my dashboard back. Can you help me please ?

Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look. It looks like the site is hosted with Planethoster, so I would reach out to them and see if they can assist you with regaining access to your site:

  Hello,

  Thank you for your help. PlanetHoster did help a lot :-)
  But now my issue is that some pages or element on my website are compromised or lost (like I don’t have my contact window anymore, all my clients testimonies as well…)

  Do you know how I can get it back ?
