I don’t have an account and WordPress charged me

I was charged $102,34 on March 28th. I do not have an account. Before I dispute, i want to learn from wordpress.com what’s going on?

Hi @tamaletodaydotcom thanks for switching to the correct account. According to our records, this charge has been disputed with your credit card company in the time since you replied here, yes?
As a reminder contesting a charge is treated by your bank as an indication of possible fraud, and they are not meant to handle simple refund requests. Because of this, during the period of time your bank is investigating this charge we are unable to take any action on your account.
Please contact your institution and let them know that you no longer wish to contest this charge. Once we see the chargeback is cancelled on our end, we’re happy to issue a refund, thanks!
