  Ive been trying to add plugins and themes on wordpress but theres no icons for this. Please help me

  Hi there,

  There are select number of plugins that come pre-installed and ready to use with WordPress.com sites. See https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Both free and premium themes can be installed on a WordPress.com site. Those selections can only be found in the WordPress.com Theme Showcase.

  Installing your own themes and plugins is not something that can be done on a WordPress.com site, but intended for self-hosted sites that are running the WordPress.org flavor of WordPress.
