I don't have any access to my previous sites/sites

  Hello there.

  I have not been using WordPress.com for some while and when I tried to register Jetpack to one of my site, I tried using my username: alokstha1 associated with my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), it asked me to signup instead of allowing me to log in. And when I signed up, I cannot see any of my previous blogs.

  Could you please help me find my previous sites?

  This alokstha12 is a new account. Perhaps your other account has a different email address. Can you log out here and log in with your other username and correct password. Then you can check what email address you have associated with that particular account.

  Yes, you are right. I created another username as alokstha12 when the register system asked me to signup with new username. And I am sure I signed up previously with my email above.

  Hi Alok,

  There can not be two different WordPress.com accounts using the same email address. Since you’re using the one you mentioned here, with alokstha12, you will want to log in to alokstha1 using a different one.
  If you do not remember the credentials, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:

  Thank you for your response staff-mckluskey.

  I recently connected a Jetpack to a site and when I tried to use my current email address, it asked me to sign up!

  And when I tried to use alokstha1 as my username the system responded as username is already taken. So, I had to use different username but was able to use the same email.

  How can it be! I do not have any other email used here at WordPress.com. So, I am 1000% sure that my previous account was lost but the blogs are still in the system which I cannot access.

  As I mentioned, alokstha12 and alokstha1 are two independent accounts using two different email addresses. We cannot disclose those so please, use the Account Recovery form I linked above to regain access to the account.

  I did check both accounts, and I can assure you that they both use different email addresses. I’m afraid, however, I cannot disclose the one from alokstha1.

  When you originally tried to log in with the email you mentioned, there was no such email in the database, and that is why you were asked to sign up for a new account. Now, that address is associated with your new account alokstha12.

  The alokstha1, however, is using a different email address. Could it be that you have changed the address at some point?
