Why are you charging me? I have no purchases!!! Can’t cancel according to your instructions.

There are no upgrade purchases under the account that you contacted us from. Your credit card must be connected to a different account that you own. Do you happen to have that information on that the other account?
If so, you can post in this thread from that account username to confirm ownership and I’d be happy to refund the purchase. Let me know if you have questions.
