  I was charged on 23 Jul 2015 (ref WPCHRG.COM 8772733049 CA) for 99.00 USD (£63.70). I don’t know what this is for as I don’t have any upgrades. Please confirm, thanks.

  Could you go to your Billing History page at http://djwuggs.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=billing-history and see if you can identify this transaction?
