I don't have 'appearance' as an option on my admin menu?

  On my admin menu on the left hand of the screen I do not have ‘appearance’ as an option. I want to be able to customise my blog but I am unable to do so. How do I get ‘appearance’ as an option?

  The WordPress.com account you are posting from is not an administrator on that site. Only administrators can make appearance changes. You will need to either log in with the administrator account or ask the administrator to set your account up as an admin as well.
