  Just to make sure I am understanding you correctly, are you asking about a refund for a purchase made with a debit card?

  If so, I’m not seeing any purchases associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Nor do I see any associated with the site http://swarnalathadissanayake.wordpress.com/. Could you have a different WordPress.com user account or a different website address.

  If you are NOT asking about a refund, could you give us a bit more information so that we can help you out?
