Hi Jen,
WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins. Chances are, the feature you are looking for is already there! You can search our support site via this link:
For any features on WordPress.com, the support page will explain how to set it up.
It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
If you don’t find what you are looking for, just let me know what you’d like to achieve with a plugin, and I’ll help you find a solution.

Hello Grace,
Thank you so much for your help. I’ve been reviewing the support forum but it turns into mumbo jumbo after a while. I’m trying to set up a merchant account on my website so that People can purchase whatever service they want on their own. I was able to add the privacy notice. But I’m having issues with the refund policy. I figured I could just create an image and upload it to media then create a link that way but it doesn’t work. Also I’ve been trying to verify my website for google analytics as well and this has been impossible. Not sure if I need too.

Hi Jen,
I figured I could just create an image and upload it to media then create a link that way but it doesn’t work
After looking into your account I see that you had multiple refund policy images. When you are linking to an image please make sure the extension is correct (.jpg, .png, etc.). For example, I see that you have a jpeg image for your Refund policy in your Media > Library page. If you want to link to that image, please you this link:
Also I’ve been trying to verify my website for google analytics as well and this has been impossible.
WordPress.com does not currently support Google Analytics tracking. However, we do offer built-in statistics showing you most of the same types of information as Google Analytics would display.
You can view your site’s stats by clicking the stats link in the grey admin bar at the top of your site. To find out more about how stats are measured and reported, see the following help page:
You can also install Google Webmaster Tools, which contains some of the same functions as Google Analytics:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Let me know if there’s anything else that I can do!

It’s showing up on the page. I only want the link on the page. Do I upload that link to media?
-
Yes, I see that you also have PDFs. You can just add the link:
-
do I add this link (http://jenniferclaudioyoga.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/refund-policy1.jpg) In the media or in another place because when I paste it to the media link the pictures appears on the page. I only want a link that say (Refund Policy ) to appear. So people would click on the (Refund Policy link) and then see the picture with the information.
-
You can do this by editing your Post/Page and going to the Text Editor.
Please paste this in:
<a href="http://jenniferclaudioyoga.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/refund-policy1.jpg">Refund Policy</a>That will link the words “Refund Policy” to that image.

Could you please go to my website jenniferclaudioyoga.com to the welcome page and look on the bottom. I want it to only say Refund Policy for some reason everything is coming out. Step for Step I copy and pasted the link from what you posted I clicked on the text tab I pasted the link and this is what it looks like. Not sure what else I was supposed to do. I am veeeerrrry new at this.
