I don't have 'site administration'

  Also, Why couldn’t I find ‘site administration’ on my site?

  Thank you for your response.
  No, I mean on the left hand side normally appears at the very bottom ‘Site Administration’ which seems to give far more opportunities to type new pages, posts and access themes etc.
