Your domain worldsmostportablesoilscreener.com was registered through Moniker, so you’ll need to log into their control panel in order to make your updates.

I’m not sure why our inquiry was posted to this forum without including the entire thread but…
The domain was registered through WordPress and we are trying to transfer it to Moniker. However, there’s an authorization error:
“Domain WORLDSMOSTPORTABLESOILSCREENER.COM
Transfer Status Error code: 2201 – “Authorization error””So, we need a correct EPP/Transfer Authorization code. However, when we try to follow the WordPress instructions below, Domain Administration does not appear.
“Go to Store → Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
Look for Domain Administration, select “Make Changes to DNS” and change the password.”Why does it not appear? And what can we do?
Thanks

Hi there, it looks like your domain was never registered through WordPress. The only transaction we see is a domain-mapping upgrade, which maps your domain worldsmostportablesoilscreener.com to your WordPress.com site. The registration itself was done elsewhere.
This is why you don’t see the Domain Administration panel, and why you’re getting an authorization error – the domain is already registered at Moniker.
Just let us know if we can help with anything else.

Thank you for checking into this, Kathryn. Our records show it was initially registered with WordPress but these must be incorrect.
Thanks again.
