  I don’t have the money to pay for premium right now. I don’t want to lose my site and my domain. Is the site still intact if I pay after one or two weeks?

  Hey there,

  Your Premium upgrade was set to auto-renew on 8/27/2014. Your credit card was already charged, but I’ve attempted to void the charge before it goes through. Upgrades that are set to auto-renew are always charged a month in advance of expiration, on the chance there’s anything wrong with the user’s credit card. Then, we can fix the issue before the actual expiration, so the user doesn’t lose service.

  Please keep an eye on your credit card. If we see the charge go through in the next days, we’ll refund you asap.

  Because your upgrade, which includes your domain, is not scheduled to expire until 9/27/2014, you do have extra time to make the payment. Two weeks from now is absolutely fine.

  I have disabled auto-renew on your account for the future. However, if you wish to turn this feature back on, you can do so by clicking Store → Mu Upgrades in your site’s Dashboard:
