I don’t have the ‘necessary privileges’ to access my own account

    I am logged in through @michellemoisa96 and my website is for some reason under @michellemoisa both under the same e-mail and log in. I can access my site through the mobile app by ‘switching sites’, but now I can’t access it through the web as that option is not there. I have received the prompt that don’t have the necessary privileges to access this account and I should have the administrator to invite me. Confused as both are logged in the same account under different users. I have bought the domain and I have I think either the basic or premium plan on the site I can’t access plus that $45 for an appointment. So now I am not sure what I am supposed to do here.
