I don't have the right FTP password?

  I actually need help with a separate blog, but this forum won’t let me sign in with that blog. This may be part of the problem. I’m trying to update my wordpress site, and I’ve put in the password to log into the admin of my site, I’ve used the password I log in for this account and other various passwords I may have used, every time I get this error message; “Failed to connect to FTP Server glutenfreedee:21”

  Everywhere I go, I am told that it is supposed to be the same as my domain password, but nothing’s working. Any and all help is very much appreciated, thank you!

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
