  I don’t have this blog anymore yet you still charged me $48. I would like a refund please! I’ve called and left numerous messages and no one gets back to me.

  Hi –

  There aren’t any upgrades or charges associated with the user account in use here, lesliedrennan. In order to process the refund we have to locate the correct account.

  Did you get an emailed receipt notification about the charge? There should be a site listed on there, let me know what it is. Typically that’s enough information to get you in to the correct account and then we can evaluate the refund.
