  I have a WordPress-sponsored site at PositiveContentFactory.com; I’ve lost the administrator password; and I can’t get the retrieve/reset function to work. When I enter my email, the “link is on its way” page dutifully pops up–but the link never arrives. I’ve tried three times.

  It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In this case, that host appears to be hover.com.
