  I’m new to wordpress and I don’t have any idea to install my custom themes. I hope someone please help me. Thank you.

  We cannot help without a link to your blog, starting with http. Or you can link your username to your blog under Website on the profile page.

  The only themes we can use here on WordPress.com are available here:
  dashboard > appearance > themes
  If you know CSS, and have a paid upgrade, you can modify the themes.
