I don’t know change my header

Hello! I choose the theme Freshy2 to my blog. My problem now is that I don’t know how change header. In the files that I have in my ftp about the theme, there are a lot of images to change but I don’t know what I have to do to change.
My English is not perfect because I am Spanish. I hope that you can understand me.

I think you need to ask over at WordPress.org if you have FTP access to your blog. Here at WordPress.com, we don’t have that access, so we can’t help you with that.
If you have a blog here at WordPress.com, you should be able to change the header pic under Dashboard –> Presentation –> Custom Header. You upload and crop it there.

Presize the image to fit prior to uploading as raincoaster has described above. -
